Through a special collaboration between Feliz Filadelfia and the Phillies RBI program, we brought an exciting baseball clinic to Thomas K. Finletter School in the Olney section of Philadelphia. Around 60–80 fourth and fifth graders participated…many experiencing baseball for the very first time.
Some students were shy and unsure at first, but the joy on their faces told the real story. They had a blast learning the game, and more importantly, discovered what’s possible when they believe in themselves.
A big thank you to John Joaquin, Justin Chasmar, Monica Clark, the Phillies Ball Girls, and Phillies Ambassador Milt Thompson for leading an incredible clinic filled with energy, care, and inspiration.
