Coach Taz received his award as Coach of the Year in Philadelphia before a packed house at the Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative gala ceremony on May 20, 2026.
According to PYSC officials, Coach Taz’s selection was unanimous. Coach Taz has coached teams throughout Philadelphia and he started the soccer program at Feliz Filadelfia three years ago and the number or participants has grown every year!
Coach Taz was joined on the dais by Philadelphia Eagle offensive lineman Jodan Mailata who won the Montgomery-Wanamker Citizen Award. Here was the PYSC announcement:
