Way To Start !
Our Feliz Filadelfia Olney Angels 19u baseball team are off to a 2-0-1 start outscoring their opponents 31-12 in their first three games. This group of 18 players are as talented as they come.
Our players come from High Schools and Colleges all around the city including Esperanza Charter ,Olney High , Frankford High ,Fells High ,Central High, Penn State Abington and a few others.
Jose Rivera Jr #3 who’s been playing Center field/pitcher leads the league in batting so far with 2 triples ,2 Doubles and 2 Singles .
Pitchers Elian Seda, Lennix López-Vega and Gabriel Perez have been lights-out on the mound.
The Angels also have 4 players on their roster who made the Phillies RBI 18u Regional team this year. The players are Jose Jr, Lennix López -Vega, Keury Pérez and Gabriel Perez. There were over 95 players who tried out for the Phillies RBI Sr. Regional team and only 15 made the cut.
There is a lot of buzz out there about the Angels and they are showing why !
The Angels are led by Coaches Juan Romero, Jose Romero and Jose Rivera.
